I’m currently going through the job search process right now, and recently listened to one of the podcasts. All I can say is WOW. The insights gleaned and confidence I have now to move forward is amazing! AJ does a phenomenal job at asking the right questions so job seekers get the most out of listening. I absolutely love this podcast and how it’s tailored to any job-seeker, no matter age. AJ delves into the mind of his guests and asks the right questions to get the conversation going. He always asks the questions that I'm thinking about and really gets his guest speaker to elaborate on the topic or thought brought into conversation.
