  • I wanted to like this

I like the energy and the knowledge these guys have, but I can’t stand the handful of sound bites that they force into each podcast. Guys, they aren’t funny and you use them WAY too much.

  • Fin Factor

Fin Factor was the first sharks podcast I listened to and I loved it. I live in Kansas so it is hard to find some news on the Sharks and Fin Factor lets me do that.

  • Great show for Sharks fans

I am new to podcast and recently discovered The Fin Factor. I enjoy the show and looking forward to next season. Good insight on what is going on with the team. My only criticism is that it sounded very PC when it comes to an opposing teams fan base. Just be honest and the fans will respect you.

  • Best sharks podcast!

These guys have a great show. They are so level headed and basically keep all of us fans calm when we think the sharks season is over after a single loss 🤣🤣🤣 seriously though, they offer great insight on the team and a great listen or view on YouTube

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Sharks Draft Strategy with JD Young of Locked On Sharks
Q: What do you think they're going to do with the second overall pick?
JD argues the Sharks will prioritize the best player available, potentially selecting Stenberg or Reed, while acknowledging the trade-down option exists but believing the front office will not overpay for a top-tier established player; the path chosen will hinge on the perceived long-term value and the player pool available at number two.
Sharks Can’t Close, Trade Deadline
Q: What do you think about the trade deadline and who might move from the Sharks?
Players like Luke Cunning and Nico Sturm are likely to be traded as their contracts are up and they could fetch good returns.
Sharks Can’t Close, Trade Deadline
Q: Do you think all this losing has an effect on the younger players?
Yes, long losing streaks can create a bad culture, but if they learn from their mistakes, it could be beneficial in the long run.
Meet Jack Thompson, Henry Thrun & Collin Graf
Q: What made you choose the Sharks over other teams?
The relationships and ties I have to Boston, along with the Sharks' recognition of my game, led to my decision to join them.
Meet Jack Thompson, Henry Thrun & Collin Graf
Q: What is your favorite thing to do around here locally?
Golf is a big one for me; anytime I have the opportunity to get out and play, I try to do that.
