After cutting his teeth in the synchro-mystical movement, Recluse developed a novel approach to parapolitics that emphasizes both hard research with a reluctant acceptance of Fortean (and Saturnine) currents. He is also the author of Strange Tales of the Parapol... more

  • interesting stuff but

why does the host mispronounce so many words? in a single episode he said zine like zign, documentary like documen-terry (multiple times), descartes like dess-car-tess, and others ive forgotten now because my brain was turned to mush by the gratingly poor mic audio which sounds like two forks doing the forbidden. ive since googled this podcast and found many reviews going back y-e-a-r-s mentioning both the strange pronounciations and low quality audio. sad because the content is a very interesti... more

  • Some solid content but awful audio quality and sourcing is lacking

The absolute worst thing about it is the amateur feel of the audio production. The most recent guest, for example, sounds like he’s recording in a library. Whispering his words, barely audible. So I have to turn it up. Then the host comes in AT LEAST 20 decibels louder and just ruins the balance. Normal... more
