  • Eh

I can’t get past the second episode. I like the narrator’s voice but the speech pattern is … the whole thing is like one run-on sentence. It gets better in the second episode but the pace is still weird.

  • Doing important work

This is one of the best in the genre. I like how the hosts work with families of the victims, and don’t sensationalize. The show brings awareness to disappearances and murders that may not get much attention otherwise.

  • The voice…

The narration is terrible. It is like she is reading a poem - half whispering, up & down in tone.

Q: Can you talk about why Killer Data, your book, is needed in regard to how data on serial killers has been gathered in the past?

Killer Data: Serial Killers in the Modern Age, Part 2
Q: What are your views on the decline of serial murder?
Yaksic explains that the decline is being overlooked due to various misconceptions and an overwhelming focus on sensationalized true crime narratives.
