The content is good, but sometimes the delivery is too fast and theoretical. It would help to break it up and give more examples/situations. The tools remind me of Brooke C’s podcast so I would try to find more original expressions. The sound is hollow and seems like a speaker is just sitting in a big empty room. I would try to add more warmth to the delivery.
