  • Informative, But....

Good podcast. Guys are great. Information interesting and helpful and I will keep listening. However, I’m a sound nerd and the sound quality of the recording is poor. Into sounds like it is recorded in a toilet bowl. The episode about packaging sounds like two of the guys have moved into, say....a tiled hallway, but one of the three still sounds like he’s recording from the pottie. I’ve become a faithful listener, however!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Coffee Memo | Rob Talks Inverted Market Ep. 3
Q: What does it mean for roasters that the market is inverted?
It means that roasters should have a plan in place to avoid waiting too long to buy coffee, as options are becoming limited.
Another Cup | Covoya's Erik Della Posta Ep. 19
Q: If you were to talk to our customers about resourcing data analysis as a priority, what would your pitch for that be?
It all boils down to your bottom line; if you are not paying attention to the numbers, they will run away from you.
Another Cup | Covoya's Erik Della Posta Ep. 19
Q: What is the most either interesting or insightful thing that you've learned at Covoya so far?
One of the most insightful things is that two things can be true, where sometimes what's on the page isn't necessarily what's reality.
Coffee Memo | Rob Talks Tariffs Ep. 1
Q: And what kind of questions are you receiving from our customers now?
The primary question is about what will happen with Brazilian coffee prices and what alternatives they should consider.
Coffee Memo | Rob Talks Tariffs Ep. 1
Q: So if you were a roaster, what would you be doing right now?
I would be looking critically at what I use Brazil for and deciding what short-term substitutions I could make.
