  • Chose the interview partners more wisely

I honestly like CNBC, but bringing Lutnick on air and not challenging his answers, which obviously cringe anybody with a mediocre intellect earned you a one star rating.

  • Love KE AX SL

I love Kelly . She is level headed . Steve L is annoying . The reason the tariff calculation has never been used is because the US is the only country being REEMED and so it’s never had to be applied . The tariffs are justified and I believe they are great and we can stop being abused by other countries . He never talks about the imbalance he just casts shadows bc he is biased and tries to hide it . Kelly asks logical questions and makes useful points. Steve L should just zip it .

  • Leave the liberal bias at the door

Kelly needs to cool her liberal bias. It’s very off putting and often inspires me to turn off the show

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Software Earnings Set-Up, Big Banks' Big Issues, and Iran Peace Talks Latest 4/14/26
Q: What is the current mood around software versus hardware cycles in tech earnings?
Analysts see software as de-weighted and earnings less driver of stock moves, but AI-enabled software with strong revenue growth and selective players could outperform, making it a stock-pickers market.
Meta's AI Ambitions, JPMorgan's Airline Warning, and the "Ultimate Contrarian Trade" 4/15/26
Q: What exactly would you see as a higher relative likelihood scenario developing in terms of airline consolidation?
The discussion points to a United-American transaction as challenging but plausible, with speculation around a United-JetBlue deal or other partnerships; the guest emphasizes there are not many potential dance partners left and that consolidation could play a role, though not guaranteed.
Markets' Seismic Shifts, SanDisk's Surge, and 2026's Biggest IPO 4/16/26
Q: What exactly is that seismic shift happening under the surface in markets?
There are two major structural shifts: AI buildout driving demand and a de-globalization/nearshoring trend that changes supply chains and capital allocation; together they broaden participation across multiple sectors and alter which stocks lead or lag.
Crude Climb Continues, China's Price Spike Warning, and KKR's Major Deal 3/30/26
Q: What makes the CoolIT deal stand out for KKR and the PE market?
The deal demonstrates a rare high-ROE exit from a data-center cooling business, aided by strong workforce expansion and strategic timing in AI-driven demand, signaling a favorable trend in private markets despite a broader slowdown.
Crude Climb Continues, China's Price Spike Warning, and KKR's Major Deal 3/30/26
Q: What is the main factor driving the oil price rally and how might it affect consumers?
Geopolitical tensions surrounding Iran and potential disruptions in key shipping routes are lifting crude prices; the panel expects higher diesel and gasoline costs as knock-on effects, potentially feeding through to consumer prices.
