I like the podcast, and I’m not going to stop listening, but girlies. Stop trying to gatekeep Taylor! I’m a baby swiftie, showing up around midnights, and I’m listening to catch up a little. It doesn’t help with them constantly acting like swifties who haven’t been around since before speak now don’t count, and they can never hope to count. And that you don’t even like Taylor if you don’t like ______ song. It gets annoying. They also act like tays music is purely to be about her. Does that make ... more
I am a day one Swiftie and very open to thoughtful and intentional criticism of Taylor. However, these two are extremely critical… to the point where I’m unsure if they even like Taylor or her music.
The way zach and Madeline speak about Taylor is exactly how I talk about her with my best swiftie friend. They talk about her in a loving way but criticize and tease her like she’s a flawed sibling of theirs- always with an undertone of love but always giving thought provoking and hilarious commentary! Love you guys forever and ever!
Zack and Madeleine have insane chemistry! They’ve been fans for so long and thus have this ability to discuss, dissect and deliberate the TS Experience right from when she started. As a new fan, I find listening to them a great way to “catch up”. They are also very candid and are not afraid to call out quirks and inconsistencies both from TS and her fans. Got here from their review of their Eras Tour and listened to starting their 2008 review. Thank you very much!
Thank you for the time and dedication you put into this, it is currently my favorite form of entertainment. You're the perfect combination of funny, dediated & accurate taylor swift historians. Critical when it's due but recognizing the iconicity of even her worst moments. You've kept me company on a difficult/lonely year and have made me laugh when I really thought I couldn't, so thank you!! Will look into the possibility of subscribing to your parteon once I find a new job, please send good vi... more
