To me it seems more true to say that everyone, whether girl or boy, is a showgirl. Madeline, it is a joy listening to you. Love your insights and observations.
Absolutely love your analyses. So good not much else to say. Absolutely love hearing you cover a wide variety of music
LOVE THE LIZARD REVIEW, so much thought goes into to every episode plus Madeline is the funniest person ever she makes the whole podcast better than it already is so proud of you Madeline you the best!
The Lizard Review has really encouraged me to branch out and tune into new genres and artists I otherwise would not have considered. Madeline is the queen of lyrical analysis! Also, praise be to God for CC Natalie and Sunday (1994). Thanks that is all.
Girl, this Cruel Summer episode was fantastic. You’re so real, you’re so dialed in, and you say exactly what I’m thinking. I love the way you explain Taylor’s brain. You give her props where it’s definitely earned and you critique where it’s reasonable to. Because loving something doesn’t mean we can’t be critical of it. Cruel Summer is the greatest pop song of all time. Period. Thanks for this episode!
