If you love Taylor’s lyrics then this is the pod for you. And don’t we all love converting non swifties into our religion? I’ve subscribed to the patreon and can’t wait to watch the episodes to see Dr Uncle Jerry’s reactions to the songs.
A must-listen for any swiftie and anyone interested in poetry! Enlightening on the connections I miss even after listening to a song 30+ times & gives a deeper appreciation to Taylor’s poems. Thank you both!
I look forward to this podcast every week. I have started my Swiftie Era about 18 months ago and I love diving into the lyrics of her songs. Dr Uncle Jerry teaches me something new every week and Angela can tie things together the way only a lifelong Swiftie can. It is great to hear Uncle Jerry criticize the work as a poem and be impressed by the work and how smart TS is. Angela’s concept for the podcast is wonderfully unique.
I love Uncle Jerry’s literature lessons and how TS adapts them into her songs. I am a new “Swiftie,” but my appreciation for her lyrics have really grown thanks to this podcast.
Was just referred to this podcast, and OMG! Angela and uncle Dr. Jerry are the best. I love their chemistry. I can relate so much to Angela; I’ve been a Swiftie since 2006 and have all this Swiftie knowledge in my head. It’s so nice to hear their conversations, they flow so organically. I have enjoyed catching up on previous episodes and even started writing a few poems myself. Thank you for the inspiration 🫶
