Listening to this podcast led me to reach out to Kreed for more specific group and one on one support. All have been invaluable. I also took a break for awhile…Coming back today I am appreciating the fresh new format. Somehow there is an even greater compassion and personal vulnerability from Kreed. Had it not been for Kreed’s unwavering commitment to teaching parents how to navigate their children’s pain, their own unhealed wounds, generational differences and parents unintended failures and harms, my family would still be in estrangement.
