Growing up in the Black church as the daughter of a southern missionary baptist preacher, sex was always considered a taboo subject. Personally, I’ve always been on the fence about premarital sex, but I’ve always felt that the topic of sex was severely underrated. I’m so glad we as the Black church are getting to a point where we’re becoming more open in talking about sex. I hope the conversations continue and help to empower more Christian women.
