This podcast critically examines the state of the tourism industry, asking tough questions about who benefits and who suffers from travel in its current form. Chris invites a wide range of guests who challenge mainstream tourism narratives.

  • A philosophical unveiling of the harms & exploitation in the tourism industry

First I applaud the host, Chris Christou, for his thoughtful approach which delves deep into the consequences of tourism on both the land, water and people it touches. He invites listeners to reflect on their own complicity in perpetuating harmful systems with ideas like “radical hospitality”, and invites critical dialogue & cultural insights. I highly recommend starting at the beginning of the series and listening to them all.
