  • Love this podcast!!

I love the richness and diversity of conversations in the show. And the variety of guests that Maria hosts. It always makes me think about things in a new way, and is usually wildly entertaining too! Other people’s stories….its a good time to get lost in other people’s stories. And to find ways to find empathy.

  • October 2025 Hot Take, Birthday Wish…

I appreciate how Maria names that the data is in, the business case for empathic company cultures has been made.

I agree that it is important to hold empathic leadership as a standard. We don’t have to accept the old school practices of “productivity over people”. I appreciate Maria’s thought leadership in this.

One of the challenges in this movement is to stay empathic towards the leaders who refuse to join us:)
