  • Blazing speed

Courtney clearly has mastery of her subject matter because she can talk so quickly about every aspect of it! Her logic progression feels flawless and her knowledge nuggets makes you want to say “Of course! Why hadn’t I thought of that earlier” The real value is in breaking down “eating the elephant” to one bite at a time. BRAVO!

  • Great information

Love this podcast mainly for three reasons: Courtney has a great voice to listen to; the information is direct, succinct, clear and polished, not rambling like so many podcasts these days; and they’re usually under 20 minutes in length. I wish I could afford the coaching but listening to these episodes feels like the next best thing.

  • The Best Podcast About Podcasting

This show is hands down the best podcast about podcasting out there. And as and a member of the PodLaunch Community, I’m so grateful for the impact Courtney’s mentorship has had on my own show. Thanks to the PodLaunch program, I was able to relaunch my show, Parents Making Time, and debut at #56 in the Apple Top 100 in the parenting category. I could not have done that without PodLaunch!

Is AI Making Your Podcast Easier to Skip? | Joe Casabona
Q: Where should podcasters draw the line on AI usage in production and post-production?
In production and pre-production, keep AI out; in post-production, use AI for transcripts, title generation, and linking promised resources, but ensure final content reflects your own thinking and voice.
Is AI Making Your Podcast Easier to Skip? | Joe Casabona
Q: Do I need to disclose that I'm using AI to make me sound smarter, or is this just a tool to support my workflow?
Disclose when AI is responsible for original ideas or the creative process; if it's refining or cleaning up your own words, you can be less explicit, especially for routine tasks like proofreading or removing white noise.
4 Podcast Mistakes That Kill Word-of-Mouth Podcast Growth | Arielle Nissenblatt
Q: What should podcasters do right now if they're overwhelmed with tasks and limited on time?
Prioritize human-to-human outreach and efficient collaboration methods, like pre-pitch warming, identifying five key partners, and scheduling regular touchpoints to steadily build relationships while focusing on quality over quantity.
4 Podcast Mistakes That Kill Word-of-Mouth Podcast Growth | Arielle Nissenblatt
Q: How important are partnerships and ongoing collaborations?
Extremely important; building a handful of strategic, ongoing partnerships yields more consistent growth over time than sporadic one-off promotions, especially when you maintain repeat exposure and offer true value.
4 Podcast Mistakes That Kill Word-of-Mouth Podcast Growth | Arielle Nissenblatt
Q: What is the first practical step a podcaster should take to start improving word-of-mouth growth?
Start by warming up newsletters and curators before pitching, research how newsletters operate in their ecosystem, and approach them with value and a clear, mutual benefit rather than a blunt promotional pitch.
