  • Great guests. Unfortunately, the creator of the editing podcast is a much less disciplined editor than the guests, and the background in frenetic social media "all sizzle, no steak" style work shines through, rather than letting a conversation with the interview subject flow.

  • Used to love this show

When I first discovered The Editing Podcast… It was pretty freaking amazing. But episodes lately not really my jam. I love when y’all stick to your roots of YouTube edits and music videos.

YouTube is the wild rest right now for editors… And I freaking love it because possibilities are endless.

And music videos needless to say can be so much fun!! even talking about the motion design and visual effects… They are like mini movies, but not boring lol (especially K-pop ✊✊)

Will always check back ju... more

  • Just ripped from YouTube!

Not impressed, it sounds like it’s just the audio from their YouTube videos, which means they refer to and play clips that I can’t SEE! Unfollowing.

  • Just too many adverts

I listened to a 20 minute episode which had repeating adverts and led me to stop listening. It felt like 15% of the pod was an advert. I appreciate that you need to monetise but this was just too much.
