If you love Silver and Bronze Age DC Comics as much as I do, then you can’t miss this show. David and Peter do a fantastic job - I love the format where they read the issue and then discuss. They also rope in some guests to comics and those episodes are fantastic. My highest recommendation!!
A super-fun podcast that discusses the glory of Silver and Bronze Age DC Comics and the first Multiverse.
David and Peter understand how much fun older comics are whilst acknowledging the sillier aspects! Long Live this podcast!
Just over a year ago I finally decided to check out this podcast, foolishly thinking it was covering similar ground to my own (meagure) efforts. Boy what a fool I was!
Now as I finally catch up, it's going to be hard to have to wait to listen to it weekly, I can't help but enjoy the passion and enthusiasm they put into every episode.
Keep up the good work!
It’s a great and clever show. It’s a refreshing and unique . The host are spectacular, the podcast itself is fun and it reminds of the old fashion radio show. You don’t need to know all of the comic history or be a comic geek. So if you want something clever original and different this is it for you, give it ... more
Sadly, while they added an "issue 10" to the hardcover, they forgot to include the two DC Special issues (8 & 14). It's still a great volume despite that oversight. Cheers!
