  • Found My Joy

I waited until the first 10 issue series was recorded and complete. So, this week I got to enjoy Episode 1 (only 16 months after it was posted). It was awesome!!

Two of my favorites podcasters - The Irredeemable Shag and Michael Bailey (1/2 of the Mt Rushmore of comic podcasters, in my opinion) thoroughly loving the issue and projecting all the fun associated with this issue and the series, and I’m assuming all the way through the 90s. Keep it going Shag!!

  • Best going today

I truly found my joy when I discovered this network! Such great shows. I enjoy everything you guys do. From bwahaha, to jlucast, to knightcast, to fantastic pour, I anxiously await every new episode. The hosts are amazing as well. Shags goofy lightheartedness, Chris and Cindy’s twang, and even Robs curmudgeonness make every show great! Keep up the great work, I’m here for all of it! And remember, Morts rock!

  • Great for long or short drives!

Shag is about as professional a host as you can while still being incredibly fun to listen to. And the selection of different cohosts he lands for each episode is always solid, bringing their own enthusiasm and knowledge about comic’s first superhero team. If you are new to the Justice Society or even an old vet, you’ll find plenty to enjoy here.

  • The World's First Super-Team is Still Winning After 85 Years

The Justice Society of America is the first and arguably the best superhero team in the history of comics. The Fire and Water Network is arguably the best podcast network covering superhero comics. And the Irredeemable Shag is--wait, did I mention how awesome the JSA is? Seriously, much as it pains us all to admit it, Shag is an outstanding mainstay among a host of terrific hosts (Rob Kelly, the Franklins, all your favorites). There's also a dizzying array of great guests! These folks have... more
