    I’ve bounced around many popular podcasts for all things fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition. I found the drop set and Darin gets it right. I leave each episode with confirmation I’m on the right path or, more often, new ideas and information. Great presentation and he doesn’t make you listen to an hour of fluff before the substance. He definitely knows his stuff, a real pro.
