  • Simply put … the best

Although I don’t regularly get to listen to the four hour segment, I genuinely love listening to every bit of Spence Checketts on The Drive. Articulate, smart, just the right amount of passion. Objective but still a Utes slant of course. Porter does great too. Thanks for making my day better each day.

  • Steady decline

I use to listen to Spence daily. He’s brilliant with the NBA rules, salaries, and logistics. But he has just steadily declined over the years with sooooo much negativity. Its unlistenable imo. He even admits to being the old get off my lawn man so it seems like he recognizes his anger and pessimism. I wish he would be more uplifting than draining. Its just gotten so much worse over the years. I haven’t listened consistently to him in a while so hopefully he’s changing but the last several times ... more

  • Number 1 for a reason

I thoroughly enjoy the intelligent perspective of the shows host. I don’t always agree but I like that he’s not one of the local sheep. I’ve been here for 30 years and it’s awesome to have the show on ESPN700. Thank you!!! And please don’t go anywhere.
