Best real world advice
I would have learned a lot as a young man if info like this was as accessible as this pod. Be willing to be a bit uncomfortable and expect to gain valuable insights.
She is hilarious and knows her stuff. Offers great perspective on how negative childhood experiences impact adult life and relationships.
Delivers “hard truths” for both men and women in a way doesn’t create any negative feelings but does inspire positive changes.
I love that the advice is based on actual truth. Not what people think is true, not what they wish was true, not what people think their spouse wants to hear. For many people, the hardest part of conflict is thinking you’re alone or you’re the only person who thinks a certain way. The dynamics described in these podcasts reflect most couples, and it’s time for us all to collectively admit that and approach relationships from a realistic point of view.
