Not helpful.
Spent two months in an ALC.
When patients are alone with a staff member, there is a lot of bullying.
I had a problem with a staff member always bringing me coffee -contraindicated with my medical condition. She would apologize profusely, take it away and never return with anything else.
Finally one day, I made a flowery speech when she brought me the wrong thing.
She squinted her eyes at me and muttered,,"I keep forgetting that you're not a cognitive."
