This is a great show. Informative, fun, a nice balance of off the rails crack up time, and breaking down what’s going on during the games. My only real criticism of the show is Charlie. I get that he’s a smart guy, and he comes with stats and analytics which is a nice add from time to time, but nobody tunes in to listen to him. Foxworth combines a player’s perspective and experience with a journalist’s curiosity. Very good rapport with guests. Unfailingly funny and insightful.
Dominique is a true expert regarding football. He is at his best when he is talks about player rights/union issues, but his on the field points are great as well. His takes are pure gold and better than anything else out there right now. His intelligence combined with his on the field experiences is an unbeatable combo. If he was the only factor, it would easily be a 5 star, and probably my favorite sports podcast.
