  • Is This Show Sponsored?

I enjoy the tone and overall positivity of the show, but it’s hard to tell if this is a serious podcast on project management or a clever method of embedded advertisement. The episode on Shared AI Mindset seemed to turn into an advertisement for a PMI certification three fourths the way through. Some clarity if and who provides sponsorship for the show would better help listeners gauge the value of the advice given. Overall, very positive host and good discussion most of the time. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

No One Cares About Your Deck – Here's Why
Q: What makes a deck good, and what should you avoid when using AI to build decks?
A good deck aligns words with visuals, stays on-brand, avoids overcrowding, and leverages AI to draft but still relies on human review and audience-focused edits to ensure resonance.
No One Cares About Your Deck – Here's Why
Q: Is PowerPoint on its last legs as a method of communicating ideas at work?
The guest argues that no, PowerPoint remains essential because it is the primary visual aid for sustained engagement, and AI should be layered on to enhance it rather than replace it.
AI For Kids: How Project Teams Can Build It Responsibly
Q: What can teams be doing to engineer safety and security precautions into AI solutions for younger users?
Shift from black box to building-block models, introduce friction to stimulate thinking, and incorporate explainable AI that walks users through processes. Bring in child psychologists in the architecture and consider federated learning to keep data on-device, ensuring protection and equity across regions.
Why the Biggest AI Winners Haven’t Been Founded Yet
Q: How does connecting tools and data into an AI-native platform change what SMBs can achieve?
The guest explains that a centralized, structured data layer over multiple disconnected tools enables non-technical users to access insights, track revenue events, and make decisions without engineering heavy interconnections, effectively giving ordinary professionals 'superpowers.'
Your Spreadsheet Can’t Do This: AI That Actually Knows Your Business (with CEO of Forecast, an Accelo Company)
Q: Three to four years from now, what will day-to-day look like for a project manager?
Project managers will orchestrate AI-enabled agents and systems rather than perform every task manually, focusing on outcomes, quality controls, and decision-making across interconnected workflows.
