I love the delicious food podcast. All the episodes that I have listened to have been so interesting and really well produced. You can tell that Gilly Smith is passionate and knowledgeable about food herself and so she interviews some of our favourite chefs and characters from the world of food, in all its intriguing guises, with intelligence and curiosity. Really enjoying the podcast! Content is spot on, but the sound quality not always brilliant, finding the cook book episode hard to listen to because of background noise. Otherwise would have given a 5. Hopefully it’s something that can be addressed!

Being a food professional I like to listen to any food related podcasts I can find. The Delicious Magazine podcast is by the far the best I've found: informative, en trend & has an organic nature to it that I think is missing in so many podcasts. Gilly Smith, the host is excellent - well informed, she asks pertinent questions & has an effortless conversational tone. Interviewing people in their kitchens & places of work makes it feel as though you're there.
