With a resume that included working with President Obama, Secretary Gates and Secretary Panetta, Jeff Phaneuf and Helen Phillips ask Ms. Flournoy well crafted questions so that we the listener are able to gain keen insight as to the inner workings on the formulation of national security and defense policy, oversight of military plans and operations, and in National Security deliberations. Awesome.
