  • Deciding to Influence: What Healthy Control Looks Like w/Derrick Kinney

One of the best life, leadership, and business sessions I have listened in on, in a very long time. Practical, thoughtful insights, and advice from 2 of the most successful people in business leadership that I know. Shawn Smith and Derrick Kinney. Somehow they ended up together on the same podcast.

Don’t miss this one, and have a pen handy.

After listening to each podcast, I pick up useful bits of helpful information and add to my mental toolbox. I already embrace and welcome change. I KNOW change is immanent. Change will propel you one perspective shift to the next perspective evolution. I often listen while at work. Sharpens my acuity. I wrote “Failure is just data.” Wish I could attach a pic! It’s in a notepad at work. A reminder. Also, Taco Bell knows it’s client base and is laser focused. I still ain’t eating it! Ha... more
