Woooah, so... where have they been? Well, due to the lag between recordings and publishing, you'll have to wait until show 91 (ninety one!) to find out, but in this episode Stephen and Raya autopsy the 2nd lockdown and how the cycling world has gone ... more
It's been a while, hasn't it? Which is why, like a grocery delivery driver who's beyond apologetic for missing the last week's package, we're turning up absolutely full to the brim of podcast goodness.

Excellent PodCast. We don’t all want it all about the pro world. Light, funny and occasionally informative ! Im half way through…(late to the party) but can see that there’s no new stuff. Please come back!
Good Podcast ceep it up guys.
Will ther be any more podcasts.
Great podcast, amusing informative and good company for dog walking, driving and painting. Basically those times when you’re not working but can’t be on the bike. Has gone dormant though— please come back!
Discovered this a couple of months ago during a period of self isolation (and couldn't get out on the bike). I have now listened to almost 60 of them and really enjoy them and keeps me entertained while out walking the dog. It's like sitting in and listening to your mates chat about bikes, cycling and the occasional foray into running and swimming. At the rate I'm going through them, I'm going to run out of episodes soon so hopeully Raya and Stpehen can get on and make a few more :)
I’ve just started to get into the whole Lycra clad world of ‘real’ cycling and came across this podcast. Have to say it’s highly entertaining and a refreshing change to some of the pompous crap you see online from cycling gurus! Keep it up!
