  • Okay podcast but lots of self advertisement

The social media page was good. I found the podcast to be mostly filled each episode with why you should sign up for the coaching classes . The podcast episode may provide a tip or two but it’s a “teaser” as to why you should try the “free “ course followed by for cost coaching. More content and less self advertising would be helpful .

  • Neurodivergent mom with neurodivergent kiddos

I love that she’s not just a mom of kids with one that’s autistic but she’s also autistic and ADHD. So she’s not just giving advice but it’s from someone who can relate to those who are also in similar situations as her. Whenever I find myself having a hard time I listen to her. In fact I always keep a couple podcasts of hers downloaded that are useable often. She’s definitely worth listening too.
