  • Top Notch

The Cyber Law Podcast is always informative, witty, and especially enjoyable when Stuart bashes the Europeans for over regulating tech and data.

  • One small thing promotes it from 4 to 5-stars

Until recently this was a consistent 4-Star podcast with great content and solid production values. Stewart and his provocation posse do a great job with high quality legal analysis and generating more than a little food for thought. If Stewart ever overcomes his infamous hatred of (and possibly cognitive bias against) EU data protection law, I don’t know where else I will ever again find a recurring fountain of scathing (and mostly unfair) reviews of everything related to GDPR. And now, The Pro... more

  • Absolutely great podcast

This podcast is highly informative, the guests are always top notch and the host is not too shabby either ;-). Even as a leftie from the Old Continent, it’s incredibly hard to not enjoy Stewart’s Euro bashing. Anyhow, there is no shortage of opposing views, which is an absolute joy. If you care about the law of the cybers, tech regulation and privacy, this is THE podcast to subscribe to. 5 stars easily. Keep up the good work. more

  • Refreshing scepticism

I much enjoy the Cyberlaw Podcast, even if as a non-American some of goes over my head. I was moved to write this review by the superb discussion of EU privacy law, in which king’s absence of clothing was pointed out with refreshing forcefulness. In Europe we seem generally to take for granted the law on data processing, which flies in the face of reality and is in any event fundamentally misconceived. In a free society, what I disclose to you is not my data, but yours... Keep up the good work.
