Often the beltway smugness & holier than thou smirk ruins the often quality factual discussions about policy & natsec. Please can Alan R never be on again? He’s awful & sexist & just plain bad. Unfortunate, as it can be good.
Appreciate this show when the panel remembers it is a round table and actually have conversations. Leave the minutiae and expertise vomit for in depth podcasts. should be kept to other Lawfare repeated here. Would love a strictly adhered to timer to cut off answers to the starter questions on each topic. People asking questions should get any longer to ask a question than the timer too. Especially Allen.
Rat Sec provides an eloquent narrative of both critical and realistic accounts of the state of the world. Scott is insanely intelligent, and his voice could narrate bedtime stories, Ben always provides a comical take to situations that seemingly can result in our imminent doom, Quinta is not afraid to push back and provide new perspectives to discussions. And all frequenting guest are spectacular. I always look forward to next week’s episode. Well done

Given this administrati... more
Thank you, Scott, for bringing an outstanding podcast that is informative and adds that light-hearted touch. This was the first time I had the pleasure of listening to Michel’s expertise. Please ask him him to return on a regular basis. I look forward to listening to Rational Security in the New Year.
