Im stepping into a new role of leadership and am soaking in Kara’s wealth of wisdom. Each episode, she takes a thorough look at what you should look for in your work place environment and how to address situations according to maintaining the culture. Leadership is not easy but I feel more equipped to step into this role starting with this helpful mindset.

I’m enjoying this new podcast and I find the way culture is defined is quite helpful. The real world analogies and anecdotes frame the scenarios and potential interventions well. All of this is tied up in a relatable and empathetic package that is not only easy to digest and implement, but makes it as easy to go back for as the Chik Fil A sandwiches she features in this first episode.
