  • Fun discussion

Just listened to my 1st episode of your cast, and I’ll be stopping back in. Really like the movies you have chosen and I like that you are both well-spoken with no “ummms” or “like….y’knows”

  • Uninspired

Shockingly boring and unintelligent. As a big fan of criterion i was looking forward to listening to this and hearing some interesting takes on great films. But the hosts sound extremely bored and present very uninspired, uninteresting, and predictable takes on movies that deserve much more. I was initially interested in hea... more

  • Willing to give it a try

Questioning if Wong Kar Wai just chose scenes randomly with no intention? Come on! Do some research on the director! Watch any supplement on the DVD for the movie! Read something about the film before trying to rip it up! It was infuriating to listen to one of them question every decision made by WKW without him knowing the director’s meticulou... more

  • Wow!

The only show that discusses my favourite films. Just that the guy who is always negative is quite shallow in his dismissal disguised as analysis.
