I am so excited that there is this information available. So often I’m encountered with questions about evolution vs creation, CARM is a good resource, some others, but now I get to listen while driving to and from work which totals 2 hours a day. Thank you, keep up the good work, God bless!

  • I really enjoy the commitment to doing science and showing how the Bible can be trusted as written. Being more of a biblical cosmology guy I take some things described more literally but I am learning more all the time. Great show. I also listen to some old earth creationists so that I have an understanding of that side of things too.

  • Great show

Lots of interesting topics discussed. I like to get deep into the scientific aspects of these issues, some of the podcasts are great for that and others are more general and philosophical. But nearly all of them so far have been really good, in my opinion.

To get into this a little deeper, the sticking point for many people is “how could so much of mainstream science be so wrong?”. This is a great question. You have to understand the underlying (materialist) assumption most scientists are worki... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

PhD Geologist Reacts to New Netflix Dinosaur “Documentary” | The Creation Podcast: Episode 123
Q: Where do you think the documentary goes beyond observable evidence into storytelling, and how does that affect viewers?
The show advances a narrative arc—assigning causation to geological and evolutionary processes—without transparent acknowledgment of the limits of the evidence, which can mislead viewers about what is actually known.
PhD Geologist Reacts to New Netflix Dinosaur “Documentary” | The Creation Podcast: Episode 123
Q: All right, as you watched The Dinosaurs, what stood out to you right away in terms of how the story was being told?
Key concerns were the heavy use of imaginative reconstructions, the wearing of feathers and fur on dinosaurs without solid fossil support, and presenting deep-time timelines as fact rather than interpretation.
PhD Paleontologist: They’ve Been Lying to You About Dinosaurs for Years
Q: What are the three takeaways you'd want listeners to remember about the feathered dinosaur claim?
That feathered dinosaurs have roots in a worldview that tries to explain life without God, that terminology and definitions have been altered over time, and that scripture should guide our understanding as the ultimate authority even when data is unclear.
PhD Paleontologist: They’ve Been Lying to You About Dinosaurs for Years
Q: Why do you emphasize the distinction between observation and interpretation in paleontology?
Because the same data can be viewed through different worldviews or lenses, leading to divergent conclusions about what constitutes a feather, a filament, or evidence for evolution versus creationist interpretations.
PhD Paleontologist: They’ve Been Lying to You About Dinosaurs for Years
Q: Where did the idea of feathered dinosaurs begin gaining mainstream attention, and what discoveries helped push it into the spotlight?
The concept traces back beyond the modern era, with early observers like Darwin influencing the interpretation of fossils such as Archaeopteryx, and later fossil discoveries and reclassifications (e.g., Dynonychus) bringing birds and dinosaurs into a connected narrative, all within changing scientific definitions and evolving theories.
