Love, listening to the show while I am running. Why.? Not only is it great content, but because I hate running at a motivates me. I need more episodes though. It doesn’t have to be fancy everyday people that run. Some of your voice phone notes. Have some interesting back stories that one could delve into further. So PLEASS more episodes.

Love this podcast. Giovanna is such a lovely host, great guests with really interesting and motivating stories that resonate with me. Keeping my buzz for running going strong as I train for my first marathon. Thank you

At 61 I ran my first 10k in New Zealand and I run Parkrun regularly. If you are having doubts, let this podcast inspire you, get the app and get going, you won’t regret it. In 2022 I had brain surgery twice for two brain tumours. I recovered quickly and fully despite my age. my ... more
