  • Great podcast

Love the variety of guests and voice memos; keeping an overweight 62 year old puffing along. Hope there will be more episodes very soon.

  • C25K Got me through brain surgery

I love this podcast as Couch to 5k should be spread far and wide. The enthusiasm of Giovanna and her guests is infectious (& I completed C25K a few years ago at 58 years old) I am now 63 and still running and loving it. At 61 I ran my first 10k in New Zealand and I run Parkrun regularly. If you are having doubts, let this podcast inspire you, get the app and get going, you won’t regret it. • Exactly what I needed!

I’ve just finished Week 8, Run 3 and having this to listen to as I ran was great. I thought I hated running, but following the C25K program and joining the Facebook support group has turned it into a pleasure! Having a podcast to go with this is exactly what was needed ☺️
