As a commercial office leasing broker conducting email outreach and cold calls daily, this podcast was very relevant to me. Phil never ceases to amaze with his unique approach on his podcasts, articles, websites, and in his role as a consultant. On a high level, the points in creating a differentiating offer, having a lead magnet, and having client testimonials are a key part of my strategy I more precisely incorporate as I continue to reach out to prospects.
The Consultancy Business podcast is hugely helpful as I build my practice and hone my skills. Phil brings tons of useful ideas, and his guests provide insights across a wide range of areas. Highly recommended for any consultant or advisor, whether to help with your own individual consultancy or boutique, or for those operating in larger or more established firms (just be ready for some hard truths for the latter!).
Really great information that really helps. True experts and information you can actually use in your business. It has gave me a lot to think about and action. Thanks very much and I’d highly recommend listening.
Whatever the topic this podcast always provides amazing insight and thought provoking opinions. A must listen for all consultants
