I have listened to three episodes, the one where Justin and Abi shared their experience with suicide, the episode on the power of acceptance, and the episode on how our past shapes us. Itâs all so healing and and is opening up places in me that need healing. I highly recommend this podcast and find healing and wholeness and see how love can transform you.
I think I listen to this podcast since the very beginning. Besides the awareness and emotional skills that it gave me (and my sister) to make sense of my childhood, what it is most special to me is that this is what I listen to when I need to feel connected to myself again. I love the internal click that I get listening to this. Thanks Abi and Justin.
This podcast, along with two others, has literally changed my life over the course of two years. Just keep saying yes & showing up to it. Thank you guys for creating this safe space of healing for us. đ„čđ«¶đ»
I love this show and Justin and Abi for laying out the real real on the episodes. I feel that as hard as it may be for them, sometimes witnessing someone else do it in a way that you want to(relationship and/or connection), is just what you need to unlock the courage to try it yourself. Itâs encouraging and empowering to say the least.
