I have been to some of Jordan’s camps and they are amazing. His podcasts are just as good. I love how he always brings the mental part into basketball. I think it’s always assumed that physical health is all you need. But if you don’t have your mind and spirit together you will achieve nothing.
Compete always brings my mind back to where it needs to be. Some tough love in the best way.
Great podcast if you want to be challenged and inspired physically, mentally, and spiritually - all based on the solid foundation of Jesus.
