Ryan is a refreshingly talented interviewer AND listener. As an avid listener, I often finish an episode feeling better about the parenting struggle knowing we have a community of other Dads working to be the best parents we can be. Conversations digging deep into emotions do not come naturally to me, and the host helps us understand that none of us are perfect, we will make mistakes and to try harder every day! Great show and at the top of my podcasts.
