  • Amazing pivot!

Don’t sleep on the Christian Leader made simple podcast with Ryan Franklin!

TBH I checked it out when it first launched but it was more of a short form podcast which I didn’t care for.

But apparently he pivoted about a year ago and I just now realized it. He has went long form with some really great topics and guest!

Some I’ve heard of many I have not but they’ve all been great!

If you’re looking for good conversation from which you can gain wisdom and insight , this is it!

Stan suggests that both are important and that vision casting should be coupled with personal example; leaders must cast the vision while also showing commitment through actions.
Short Clip: Why the Best Leaders Give Away Their Authority | Stan Gleason
Q: Can you talk through those four steps just a bit?
The host outlines four steps to build a disciple-making culture, and Stan explains how senior leaders must model behavior, cast clear vision, and actively involve and empower staff and volunteers to tell their stories.

Q: What were the most pivotal conversations between you and your dad that made this a healthy transition?
Honest discussions about timing, visibility, and influence established a clear path for who leads without eroding respect for the father's foundation; the process was gradual and grounded in ongoing dialogue and mutual trust.
