As a ministry leader, listening to these discussions reminds me that I am part of a global church where there are brothers and sisters who are there to help me serve God in my particular context. I am not alone. God is on the move!
As a mother, the first episode I listened to made me tear up. How important to consider the experience of our children relating to God. Listening to the children’s own words responding to the interview prompts is particularly delightful and instructive.
I’m so grateful for this podcast. It encourages my mind and dreams to go in exciting and meaningful directions as I think through my own work with kids and even my own faith walk as an adult. I work in a very intercultural context so I have much to consider regarding how these ideas may play out as I work alongside others teachers from a different background. I wish I could sit and talk with the folks at the center, I’m sure we could talk for hours! I may be contacting you! :)
A thoughtful and engaging podcast season that honestly wrestles with real-life, everyday challenges parents and church leaders face in nurturing children’s faith
I’ve so enjoyed listening to these insightful explorations of big questions related to faith and children. There are so few resources for folks who want to think deeply and reimagine the role of children in the life of the church. This is a welcome one. Highly recommend!
