    Hearing chefs talk about their lives and work has been eye opening and completely mesmerizing to me. I’ll never think about eating out the same way again. The sacrifices that chefs make for their livelihood boggles my mind. Preparing food at home is a labor of love but after listening to Eli and his guests, cooking has become a passion. I turn on the podcast and get my chefs knife and chop vegetables and listen to Eli’s calm voice and excellent questions. The trouble is I’ve zipped through the e... more
