Best Eco podcast this side of the prime meridian. I don’t miss an episode!!
If you can sift through the cursing and words that give off machismo vibes, there’s good content in there. Otherwise it’s hard to listen to vocab used in the 1990s but now considered cringey and uncool.
I listen to a few BJJ podcasts and this is up there as the best. Both funny guys with a wealth of knowledge
Always really funny and informative, I’ve changed a lot about the way I train due to this pod. More regrocks and new s and c methods. 10/10
Been listening since episode one and always look forward to a new one. Come to Perth , Western Australia!

Two elite coaches swap practical Jiu-Jitsu coaching tips with humor and real-world training stories, covering everything from technique and conditioning to mindset, gear debates, and cross-training. Episodes blend actionable coaching methods with candid banter, gym culture quirks, and guest insights, creating a gym-focused listening space that appeals to grapplers, strength athletes, and coaches looking to level up on the mats and in training routines. A notable throughline is deep dives into guard work, wrestling-influenced conditioning, and competition prep, with a frank, no-nonsense tone that can be repurposed for cross-promotions and audience development in grappling communities.
