THIS is the real college process for real kids. Lian is very candid, shares current information, great resources and helped me to keep my sense of humor throughout the very stressful college visit, application, acceptance/rejection/ commitment process.
I'm still listening since I have one college freshman and one high school senior.
It's always something. It's like having a good honest friend talk you through it!
I love listening to Lian talk about her life, family, trials, triumphs, and adventures. Her wit and down-to-earth chat entertains me and makes me feel like I'm her personal friend. I look forward to her podcast each week. Listen! You won't be disappointed, I promise!!!
Lian used to do this show in a house closet! Leaf blowers anyone?
And, she alone, kept and still keeps me interested for the fastest 30-60 minutes around.
And, may I add she she has one of the best laughs that always lifts me up.
Do yourself a favor and check out her show.
Lian is smart and funny. I can relate to her stories even though our lives are very different.
