I listen to NR’s The Editors regularly and they pointed me to your podcast. I enjoy the show as it fits in with other shows I listen to such as Breakpoint, The Briefing, The World and Everything In It, etc. But I do have a few requests. Sometimes it’s hard to know who is speaking, it may help to have a short introduction at the beginning. It is also really hard to understand Dean due to the poor quality microphone.
If you want a news podcast that brings sanity and God’s truth to an insane world and doesn’t nuance things to death until you don’t know what is up or down, this is the podcast for you. Thanks, guys. -From a Moody Bible Institute grad who can’t bring herself to say, love you Wheaton.
Heard an advertisement for this podcast on The McCarthy Report. The lineup sounded intriguing, though I had heard of none of these guys. Now I’m sure we’d be best friends. Thoughtful and funny, serious and occasionally irreverent always biblically sound so far.
I offer this critique in good faith and my aim is provide constructive feedback:
1. The premise of the podcast is interesting: 2 pastors, ethics professor, political operative dissect current events through a Christian worldview. While this does come through periodically, the positions of each participant are highly unified among the group and have thus become highly predictable.
