    Dreams come, but once a lifetime. I was hunkered over a cutting board of tomatoes and I heard the sounds of monk’s beating on a board of wood. Looking upwards toward the fingers peaking from the clouds, a crisp firm voice denied me my purpose. Those were no mere fruits, this was no mere life. I dropped my knife; forgave my wife and left everything on that really nice olive and maple wood end cut cutting board from a boutique store that my parent’s gave us on our wedding day. I drew silence.... more
