    I’ve caught the Brazilian jiu-jitsu bug, and Gustavo Dantas’ podcast is on the “must listen to” list. If you want to improve your BJJ, refine your emotional intelligences and improve your biz/career outcomes, this podcast is “the one.”

    I love this podcast. It's the perfect synthesis of jiu jitsu and personal development. I study with Shaolin in New York, so started with the wonderful BJJ Mental Coach episode 17. I had reason to write to Professor Gustavo, and then he also recommended I listen to episode 32 with Pedro Valente. What a fabulous discussion. Now I am hooked.
