I recently found y’all through Max Miller, and I’m so glad I did! You’re insightful, thorough, and all around a really fun listen. I love the long form deep dives, and find myself having a huge newfound respect for each figure you cover. Thanks for everything you do!
I started with Mark Twain. I didn’t know that I would love him so much. All I’ve ever known him for was his famous books, white suits and wild hair. It’s really fantastic to see the person behind the legend. Can’t wait to dive in on your other series.
Awful! Two ignorant men blabber about things they pretend to know but don’t. Don’t waste your time
It is sort of fun, entertaining and informative, but the giggling of the two male hosts, and the long recaps and side steps make me feel that episodes could have been 20 instead of 50 minutes long, just sticking to the narration of the history. It is not all bad, but I find my self frequently skipping parts.
deeply researched, informative, funny at times and unflinching in tackling the fact that all of the subjects are imperfect individuals.
