I like these two. I agree with a lot of their opinions- I just am struggling to figure out who their audience is intended to be. Specifically, their Lawrence of Arabia episode has me a little confused. They’re presenting all these opinions of an incredibly frustrating, nuanced, and challenging character and all of their opinions are things I agree with. I think I can’t get past is their tone. I’ve started watching the Best Picture movies in order and stumbled upon this podcast. It’s been adding to the enjoyment of the movies (I’ll watch one and then listen to the podcast). The extra insights and knowledge (and humour) provided by the hosts has made for a great experience!
