I love this podcast! Whenever an episode comes out about something I need to work on, I know after listening I will have several strategies to implement. Mandy is real and honest and I appreciate that. She has made me realize that if something doesn’t work there is always a chance to tweak it.
I’m wondering if you could talk about summer transitions for working parents. I don’t have the luxury of staying at home with my kids all summer. I have to manage multiple camps and additional childcare when camps aren’t in session. It can get very stressful. I had a hard time relating to the summer parenting plan that was recommended.
The live coaching sessions are helpful and validating. Mandy’s ability to accept everyone’s routines and expectations and help get kids to where each parent would like them to be affirms that not everyone has perfectly organized drawers with folded cloths and that’s ok.
Being someone who’s not in education the episode about IEP’s and 504 was extremely helpful. She does a great job simplifying and breaking it down. I wish I had this episode two years ago when I was so overwhelmed with where to go and want to do. Can’t wait to listen and learn more so I can have a happier household!
I love these podcasts. I have learned so much over the last couple of years just following on IG. I look forward every week to each topic and how I can apply it to our lives!!
